Responsibilities
- Manages an assigned territory of core Bristol West / Foremost Independent Agencies
- Prospect and appoint new agencies
- Drive profitable premium growth and achieve financial and operational goals
- Develop and manage agency partnerships
- Serve as the primary relationship between the agency and the company
- Develop and successfully promote and support the available suite of Bristol West products and services
- Build premium growth through relationships with agents
- Work independently with minimal guidance and direction from management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses preferred upon hire
- Minimum three years of insurance sales and management work experience
- Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success
- Commercial auto and small commercial insurance experience highly preferred.
