Responsibilities
Ejecutar el proceso de ventas de extremo a extremo, desde la prospección estratégica y demostraciones de soluciones hasta la negociación y cierre de nuevos acuerdos.
Prospectar proactivamente y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de clientes VIP, apuntando a empresas de alto valor.
Gestionar carteras de clientes VIP, asegurando experiencias de onboarding, retención y upsell de clase mundial.
Colaborar con los equipos de Producto y Marketing para crear presentaciones, estudios de caso y recursos de ventas que aborden directamente los desafíos y objetivos de las PYME y las empresas.
Impulsar el estado del pipeline y las previsiones rigurosamente en CRM.
Cumplir o superar constantemente las cuotas de ventas trimestrales y anuales.
Requirements
+6 años en ventas B2B financieras o SaaS, idealmente en fintech o startups de rápido crecimiento.
Red comprobada de clientes corporativos/AAA en México; experiencia vendiendo a empresas basadas en nómina.
Historial de gestión de negociaciones de alto valor y cuentas VIP.
Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español.
Familiaridad profunda con flujos de trabajo de CRM, gestión de pipeline y análisis de ventas.
Mentalidad emprendedora: auto-motivado, orientado a objetivos y procesos.
Enfoque en el cliente: obsesionado con el cliente, pensando constantemente en mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
