About the role
- Lead a team of product managers focused on contract creation, negotiation and e-signature
- Orchestrate with designers and engineers to build products that win the Contract Lifecycle Management market
- Spend time with prospects, customers and analysts to deeply understand needs
- Define strategy and deliver a series of bets to find product-market fit
- Define strategy outlining new bets for Ironclad based on company and product strategy
- Manage, inspire, and build a high-performing team to inflect the business and grow customer penetration
- Collaborate deeply with EPD teams, GTM, and customers to land new products and drive adoption
- Communicate often and clearly across the organization and to customers as bets evolve
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering innovative and commercially successful products at a tech company
- 6+ years leading cross disciplined and cross functional product development teams
- Shipped exemplary work into a large market
- Evidence of innovative product-based impacts while lifting the craft of others
- Evidence of building a product development culture that can seed, cultivate, or terminate bets
- Deep understanding of product and design decisions and ability to drive decision-making
- Experience delivering AI-powered features and agentic frameworks
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of a company
- Experience balancing product innovation and business goals with GTM execution
- Player-coach experience fostering growth and development in others
