Responsibilities
Manage special enterprise-wide compensation projects across the SLC investment management platform, from conception through implementation
Provide consultation and partnership to identify needs and priorities
Own the preparation and delivery of quarter-end and annual board deliverables
Design and create compelling, executive-ready presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors
Develop and maintain sophisticated compensation models using advanced Excel techniques
Conduct deep-dive analytics on compensation trends, market data and program effectiveness
Deliver analysis and reporting that identifies actionable opportunities
Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to enhance employee experience and program perceived value
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 10 years of relevant experience required
CCP or CBP designation preferred
Strong knowledge of compensation practices and theory including experience in incentive program design
Solid knowledge and understanding of HR programs and connections
Strong project management and planning skills
Advanced Excel skills and spreadsheet analysis
Strong Power Point skills with ability to build audience-specific presentations
Exceptional analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
