About the role

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of global B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade media, and search channels
  • Challenge and refine client briefs to sharpen objectives, target audiences, and channel mix
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Define and oversee tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks to enable transparent performance measurement
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on data insights and stakeholder feedback
  • Translate campaign results into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for campaign performance, ensuring alignment and visibility across client and internal teams

Requirements

  • a Higher Certificate, National Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree from a recognised college or university in a relevant field like marketing, communication, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B campaign strategy and execution
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data interpretation, optimization, and reporting
  • Deep understanding of digital media planning and buying, including social, search, and programmatic
  • Solid knowledge of tracking, tagging, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Campaign Manager, etc.)
  • Comfortable consulting clients and creative partners on messaging, asset requirements, and format selection
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional, international environments
