About the role

  • Lead and mentor the Web Experience and Product Data teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, product, IT, and analytics teams using Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Own the end-to-end digital experience strategy across public and authenticated web environments.
  • Oversee Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce strategy and execution, leveraging Shopify as the primary platform.
  • Define and implement best practices for product data architecture to support exceptional user experiences.
  • Build and maintain a digital product catalog that enhances navigation, searchability, and conversion.
  • Oversee integrated digital marketing efforts across: Search (SEO/SEM), Social Media, Paid Media, Content Marketing.
  • Champion customer-first experience design principles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, experience design, and digital channel strategy.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Kanban, Scrum).
  • Experience within CMS and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Shopify).
