Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for the reliability and performance of deployment pipelines. Working within a skilled international team at Scompler, focused on automation and best practices.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery processes and resilient operations.
Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of cloud-based infrastructure.
Automate operational processes through IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
Define and evolve monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies.
Improve incident management processes and lead post-incident reviews.
Advocate and drive best practices for security, compliance, and reliability across engineering teams.
Support the lifecycle of services from design to operation with a focus on resilience and scalability.
Enable and mentor engineers on infrastructure and operational excellence topics.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or SRE, working with complex, distributed systems in SaaS environments.
Deep, hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and are confident operating Helm and ArgoCD in production.
Fluent in Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform) and approach automation as a default.
Strong communicator who enjoys working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Experience with security standards and audits (e.g., ISO 27001) is considered a plus.
