About the role
- Senior Designer leading creative execution in retail product and packaging design for luxury brands. Guiding a team to deliver trend-driven collections aligned with aesthetics and market needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design development for private label retail collections, with additional focus on packaging design
- Oversee visual direction and ensure creative alignment across multiple client aesthetics
- Concept and execute designs that are both trend-aware and strategically grounded
- Mentor and manage junior designers, providing clear feedback and direction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Prepare mechanical and production-ready files for factory partners
- Monitor market trends and translate them into relevant, elevated design concepts
- Maintain a high level of craft and consistency across all deliverables
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a Senior or Art Director role
- Strong background in retail or agency environments, with private label experience preferred
- Exceptional graphic design skills including print, pattern, color, and typography
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
