About the role
- Design Coordinator orchestrating visual design operations while leading a team at Sem Parar. Aiming to leverage AI and efficient workflows for impactful design initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the operations of the internal design house, ensuring cadence, consistency and efficiency in the production of visual assets (static and motion), while maintaining a strategic view of business drivers and a strong creative perspective.
- Transform design into an engine of business impact by balancing delivery volume with aesthetic quality, brand coherence and active contribution to campaigns, products and communications.
- A central pillar of the role is to structure processes, design systems and the use of artificial intelligence to automate repetitive tasks, free up the team’s capacity and enable greater focus on strategic, high‑value initiatives.
- Lead and develop the design team within the house, fostering technical, creative and behavioural growth.
- Manage the demand flow (intake, prioritization, allocation and delivery), ensuring efficiency and predictability.
- Build and evolve the brand’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Define and guide visual and editorial guidelines for campaigns, CRM and owned channels (social media, YouTube, etc.).
- Align business objectives with visual solutions, ensuring design responds to clear communication and performance goals.
- Implement and scale the use of artificial intelligence as a productivity and creative tool.
- Work on strategic projects (campaigns, launches, GTM, products), elevating the role of design beyond execution.
Requirements
- Experience managing in-house creative teams or design studios/houses
- Strong background in visual design (digital, campaigns, social and motion)
- Proficiency in processes, workflows and demand management tools
- Knowledge and application of design systems and scalable production
- Familiarity with applying artificial intelligence to design workflows
- Ability to work with data and KPIs (productivity, efficiency, creative performance)
