About the role
- Work with the Chief Delivery Officer to evangelize and put into operation delivery and project management processes internally.
- Work with Project Managers, Product Managers, Owners and others to help define the roadmap for any given product or initiative.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Identify areas of the organisation in need of improvement and help drive that transformation.
- Champion Uphold vision through leadership, advocacy, and action to improve the company.
- Move the organisation to clear 'sunset' delivery dates for coordinated product launches.
- Provide project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices throughout the entire project execution.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
Requirements
- BS/MS in computer science, design, business or equivalent experience.
- Comfort working in an agile, fast-moving, iterative software development process.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Ability to be highly effective in a remote-first environment.
- Significant experience in leading software teams.
- Effective communication skills; a positive, team player.
- Fluent written and oral English skills.
