Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a fit‑for‑purpose change strategy aligned to organisational and program goals.
Identify risks, resistance and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute change initiatives, including communication, training and engagement activities.
Build alignment and advocacy with executives, managers and teams.
Develop strong, trusted relationships across project teams, business units and external partners.
Communicate proactively and deliver clear, engaging materials.
Support readiness and capability uplift through training and engagement.
Assess impacts on people, processes and systems, and monitor readiness and adoption.
Refine change methodologies, tools and practices, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practice.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience delivering medium to large‑scale organisational change, transformational or risk‑related programs within financial services or enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement and training.
Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and the ability to tailor approaches to organisational context.
Proven success influencing and supporting senior executives in decision‑making.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Change Management, Business, Organisational Psychology)
Prosci, CMAP or MMC certifications (highly regarded).
