About the role

  • Senior Change Manager leading cultural uplift in a fast-growing ethical investment firm. Designing people-centred change strategies while collaborating with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a fit‑for‑purpose change strategy aligned to organisational and program goals.
  • Identify risks, resistance and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute change initiatives, including communication, training and engagement activities.
  • Build alignment and advocacy with executives, managers and teams.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships across project teams, business units and external partners.
  • Communicate proactively and deliver clear, engaging materials.
  • Support readiness and capability uplift through training and engagement.
  • Assess impacts on people, processes and systems, and monitor readiness and adoption.
  • Refine change methodologies, tools and practices, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practice.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience delivering medium to large‑scale organisational change, transformational or risk‑related programs within financial services or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement and training.
  • Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and the ability to tailor approaches to organisational context.
  • Proven success influencing and supporting senior executives in decision‑making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Change Management, Business, Organisational Psychology)
  • Prosci, CMAP or MMC certifications (highly regarded).
