About the role

• Analista de Riscos SR (Cyber) para ConectCar gerenciando riscos cibernéticos em ambientes regulados. Colaborando em projetos de segurança e compliance com foco em resultados.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, assessment and mitigation of cyber risks, proposing and implementing controls and processes;
• Support the initial setup of the Cyber Risk area, working in a hands-on and collaborative manner;
• Conduct root cause analyses of incidents, support investigations and propose action plans;
• Manage third-party risks, including assessments, monitoring and controls for critical vendors;
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for different audiences, including the Risk Committee and Audit Committee;
• Collaborate with technology, security, business areas and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of risk actions;
• Support KYC initiatives and other compliance and risk processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field;
• Proven experience in managing cyber risks in regulated environments (financial services, payments, technology);
• Prior involvement in projects implementing security frameworks and cyber risk management programs;
• Ability to work hands-on, implementing methodologies and processes;
• Skill in translating technical risks into business impact and communicating to diverse audiences;
• Openness and interest in contributing to the structuring of the area and participating in strategic projects in this domain;
• Proficiency with cyber risk frameworks and methodologies (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, FAIR, etc.);
• Relevant certifications (CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001, etc.).
