Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Culinary, Marketing, Brand/Creative, Product & Engineering, Loyalty, and Operations to ensure smooth and timely meal launches.
- Manage and update launch calendars with the Marketing PM, including workback schedules for new meals, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
- Own timelines and deliverables for Meal Kit and Ready-to-Eat launches, ensuring accountability across all teams.
- Facilitate meetings by setting agendas, capturing key outcomes, and following up on next steps to keep projects on track.
- Maintain clean and organized documentation across Galley, Admin, Asana, and other systems to ensure visibility and consistency.
- Identify risks early and propose solutions to remove blockers.
- Fully own the web upload process, ensuring product data, recipe content, and imagery flow accurately between Culinary, Creative, and eCommerce.
- Capture learnings post-launch and collaborate with teams on continuous process improvements.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, food operations, or project management
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, culinary management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Able to commute to the office in Chicago
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Galley, or similar project/product management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex information into clear, actionable next steps.
- An analytical mindset with comfort reviewing data and feedback to surface insights and make recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
