About the role

• Project Manager coordinating construction projects for growth and relocation of natural gas network. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing project planning, execution, and closure in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost estimates for company projects.
• Manage projects from design through project close-out.
• Help maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and carry out project planning activities in compliance with company manuals and technical specifications, applicable codes, and external authority requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain approvals required to carry out work and secure necessary permits.
• Support the timely delivery of projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the regional on-call rotation to help provide 24/7 coverage.

Requirements

• University degree and 2+ years of relevant prior experience in planning and/or execution of construction/civil/municipal projects are required, OR a combination of education and equivalent experience.
• Fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing) is required.
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is also required.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate projects is required.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent and a responsible driving record are required.
• Engineer-in-training status or a professional engineer license would be an asset.
• Experience managing construction projects for gas distribution networks would be an asset.
• Knowledge of Enbridge internal tools and internal standards and procedures would be an asset.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite would be an asset.
• Ability to read construction drawings and familiarity with computer-aided design software (MicroStation, AutoCAD) would be an asset.
• PMP designation would be an asset.
