About the role

  • Senior CRM Tech Manager designing AI-driven CRM systems for GetAway, enhancing customer experiences in travel. Overseeing marketing tech architecture and implementing innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the CRM system architecture
  • You manage core platforms such as the CDP, journey layer, and real-time triggering from technical, process, and strategic perspectives.
  • You ensure data models, segmentation, and personalization work seamlessly together and are scalable and efficient.
  • You operationalize AI to deliver real, measurable value.
  • You develop AI-powered features such as creative optimizations with generative AI or agent-based campaign orchestration.
  • You systematically test and implement tools and frameworks.
  • You think of CRM as a product.
  • You work use-case based, from business objectives through the data model to segment logic.
  • You build and orchestrate journeys, test variants, and develop templates and best practices.
  • You translate technical setups into business value.
  • You work closely with CRM, Growth, Product & Performance teams and explain complex setups simply and effectively.
  • You help colleagues use their touchpoints more efficiently and in a more data-driven way.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience with marketing technology, ideally in platform or e-commerce environments.
  • You have hands-on experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, CrewAI, or GPT agents.
  • You think about technical systems pragmatically and implement use cases in a structured way.
  • You are motivated to shape CRM as a growth and product lever—with a clear focus on measurable impact.
  • You speak German and English.
  • You are familiar with tools like Braze, Bloomreach, Segment, mParticle, or Salesforce.
  • You have knowledge of SQL, JSON, basic scripting, or prompt engineering.
  • You have a solid understanding of API-based system integration and event-driven architectures.
