Responsibilities
Drive concept development, explore creative directions, and lead ideation with a hands-on approach, ensuring ideas translate into strategic, beautifully executed creative across all channels.
Take full ownership of high-impact projects while actively collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to shape ideas together—this role is not for solo operators.
Prioritize and manage creative projects thoughtfully, balancing craft, strategy, and impact to deliver best-in-class work.
Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and transforming discussions into actionable, creative work.
Play an active role in evolving the TodayTix visual identity and brand system over time—not just applying guidelines but helping shape them.
Requirements
8+ years of brand or marketing design experience, with a portfolio showcasing visually impactful, meticulously crafted, and strategically driven creative across multiple channels and formats.
Ability to articulate design rationale clearly, connecting creative decisions to business goals, brand strategy, and audience needs.
Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills, with a high level of craft across disciplines and an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Mastery of design tools – we primarily use Adobe Creative Suite & Figma. Bonus points for experience with motion design or interactive formats.
A team-first attitude — comfortable balancing strong creative opinions with openness to feedback, championing shared ownership and collaboration within the Creative Studio and across the company to build the best work, together.
