About the role

  • Cost Analysis and Control: Lead analysis and execution of activities related to cost preparation, classification, and control, ensuring correct allocation of expenses and the integrity of financial information.
  • Predictive Cost Analysis: Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast cost trends, anticipate variances, and support strategic decisions using historical data and projections.
  • Development of Indicators: Create and monitor economic and operational KPIs to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Month-end Close: Support the monthly closing process, promoting correct allocation of entries and cost determination in accordance with current accounting standards.
  • Process Optimization: Conduct studies and mappings to reduce costs and expenses with a focus on improving operational performance.
  • Cost Modeling and Pricing: Develop and refine costing and pricing models for Food & Beverage (F&B) products, optional leisure services, and other internal services sold through hospitality and events.
  • Project Management: Support corporate projects related to cost management and control, ensuring alignment with company strategies and adherence to established timelines.
  • Management Reports: Consolidate cost information from multiple areas to produce management reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Technical Support: Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting training and development of new professionals and promoting the dissemination of best practices.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with costing methodologies, such as Activity-Based Costing (ABC).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial and operational KPIs.
  • Experience with month-end close and cost modeling.
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to influence decision-making.
  • Teamwork and technical support capabilities.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
  • Differential: Experience with automation software such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
