Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the implementation and optimization of service processes.
  • Adapt and configure SAP standard solutions according to client requirements.
  • End-to-end project responsibility: from requirements analysis and concept development through implementation to post-go-live support.
  • Integrate the S/4 Service solution into existing systems (e.g., SAP Field Service Management) and modules (e.g., logistics, materials management, controlling).
  • Train end users and key users, and provide technical support.
  • Continuously optimize implemented solutions in line with evolving business requirements.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an SAP consultant in the service area.
  • Ideally with completed projects in SAP S/4 Service (alternatively SAP CRM Service).
  • Strong knowledge of components such as service orders, service contracts and in-house repair.
  • Customizing experience and ABAP programming skills for bespoke adaptations.
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to undertake regular on-site customer assignments.
