About the role
- Advise clients on optimizing business processes, engaging employees in change, and leveraging IT to achieve their goals
- Lead transformations, change management, and bridge the gap between business and IT
- Be part of the Technology team and collaborate across sectors (Energy, Consumer Goods & Retail, Telecom, Construction, Pharma)
- Lead projects: strategy design, transformation management, project and stakeholder management, and implementation
- Identify client needs and translate them into actionable projects
- Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- Guide, coach, and train clients and colleagues
- Stay up to date with industry developments and contribute to propositions and activities within the practice and European BearingPoint network
Requirements
- A relevant master’s degree, preferably technical and/or (organizational) business administration
- 3-8 years of experience in business transformations with an IT component
- Proven project management skills (certifications in program or project management are a plus)
- Ability to speak the language of both IT and business
- Customer- and result-oriented, proactive attitude
- Ability to think conceptually while translating concepts into pragmatic actions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English
