About the role
- Work closely with clients to shape and implement IT-enabled solutions that drive business value
- Translate client needs into functional and technical configurations
- Guide clients through key milestones and ensure successful adoption of new systems
- Lead and facilitate design workshops to clarify functionality and solution fit
- Configure and tailor digital solutions to match business processes
- Collect delta requirements and translate them into clear user stories for development
- Guide clients through testing cycles and validate the solution’s readiness
- Support training preparation and delivery to ensure smooth onboarding
- Coordinate with integration and data migration leads to align technical delivery
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business information systems, ICT & Business, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-6 years’ experience in implementing applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, MES, PLM)
- Interest in how IT solutions enable business goals and improve performance
- Understanding of IT strategy, enterprise architecture or information management
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Ability to navigate challenging client situations
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
