Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications plans for EMEA-LATAM
Lead change communications for critical EMEA-LATAM business initiatives and transformations
Plan and manage creative, impactful communications across written, digital, and live formats
Support internal communications for the Group President EMEA-LATAM as well as preparing LinkedIn content
Provide communications guidance to senior leaders across EMEA-LATAM in support of business critical priorities
Lead or co-lead EMEA-LATAM leadership events including the annual EMEA-LATAM Commercial Leaders Conference
Lead key regional employee events including regional townhalls
Be an active member of the Global Employee Engagement Center of Excellence to shape global content and initiatives for the region
Generate and leverage key insights from audience research to continuously refine and improve internal communications
Track KPIs to monitor performance
Requirements

Proven success in supporting senior leader communications internally and externally
