Responsibilities
Define and lead KLA’s strategy for participation in external technical conferences and seminars
Establish, refine and manage processes and resources supporting KLA-authored technical papers
Partner with senior product staff to develop external paper and presentation strategies
Collaborate across product teams to establish clear strategies, key messages and positioning
Proactively identify priority conferences and seminars; manage submissions, issue internal calls for papers, and track key deadlines, approvals and required processes
Review and approve paper content to ensure compliance with KLA brand, product, portfolio, messaging and trademark standards
Own and maintain a centralized library of technical manuscripts
Repurpose high-value papers and case studies into blog posts and social media content
Partner with other communications functions to define the social media strategy for promotion
Requirements
Bachelors Degree plus 5 years’ experience; or Masters degree plus 3 years’ experience; or PhD plus 0 years’ experience
Ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration with senior product leaders
Ability to coordinate messaging
Ability to manage conference and publication assets, databases and processes
Strong communications skills
Strong editing skills for technical manuscripts and presentations
Organized and skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects to deadline
