About the role

  • Marketing Manager managing e-newsletter production and distribution for customer and partner communications. Collaboration with Marketing and Communications teams to create engaging storytelling that resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the writing, production and distribution of e-newsletters tailored and targeted for customers and sales partners.
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, Communications, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Creative teams to translate value-driven messages into engaging, customer‑focused stories.
  • Setting vision, conceptualizing value-driven storytelling, adapting content to audience personas, and expertly weaving in marketing key messages.
  • Instilling best practices, leading and inspiring multiple editorial boards, juggling the production of multiple e-newsletters, and ushering content through review and approval workflows.
  • Taking responsibility for accuracy, quality and alignment to legal and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing communications or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a content writer or corporate communications specialist managing and writing editorial content.
  • Extensive experience writing for external audiences.
  • A commitment to deadlines and excellent time management.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to ethical, high-quality communications and creative storytelling.
