Responsibilities

Level 1 support (WhatsApp and phone calls);
Cancellation reversal and retention of customers in the portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields;
Experience with customer relationship journeys across voice and digital channels;
Experience in client prospecting;
Ability to perform data-driven analyses;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
