About the role
- Deliver ambitious eBay Live GMV targets for assigned categories
- Act as the GM for your category on Live
- Select and onboard new sellers
- Conduct BD activities with sellers
- Continuously run experiments to understand drivers of success
- Establish playbooks for coaching sellers
- Advocate for sellers with cross functional teams
- Develop scalable processes and tools
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of relevant ecommerce experience in collectibles
- Experience and interest in Live selling formats
- People management experience
- Proven track record leading multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel (up to 15% of month)
