- Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Conduct interviews with business and technical areas.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Architecture, Design, and Technology teams.
- Support the automation of processes and digital products, seeking efficiency and innovation.

- Monitor local and international market trends and best practices.
- Contribute to strengthening the Process and Change Management Chapter.
- Support the evolution of maturity in Agile and Lean Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Solid experience in process mapping and process engineering.
- Experience conducting interviews, workshops, and mapping sessions.
- Experience with automation of processes and digital products.
- Proactive and analytical mindset to propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Lean Yellow Belt certification (minimum).
- Knowledge of Scrum, agile ceremonies, and Microsoft Visio.
- Intermediate English.
