Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality business solutions for key stakeholders within Pepperstone.
Engage with stakeholders, users, vendors, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, and validate detailed requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data models), demonstrating Agile behaviours across our client onboarding lifecycle, from sign-up to first trade.
Provide ongoing reporting and updates to both business and technical stakeholders regarding requirements and proposed solutions.
Consult with the business and product managers to shape the product backlog, using Agile practices to prioritise based on business value.
Collaborate with product managers and initiative owners to support the development of business cases.
Provide multi-disciplinary teams with clarity on epics, user stories, business-driven acceptance criteria, and test cases.
Assist with the elaboration of user stories and requirements, supporting team members as needed.
Proactively support the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual improvement.
Assist with the planning of demos and product/system testing.
Participate in and facilitate (where required) relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration/Release Planning, Showcases/Sprint Review, Retrospectives, Workshops, etc.
Participate in the creation of low or high-fidelity prototypes.
Support testing and validation of Salesforce features, including UAT and regression testing.
Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates and assess their impact on business processes.
Requirements
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, keep them informed on progress, and seek/provide support as required.
Experience as an application-focused Business Analyst in a similar product-driven scale-up/start-up, with clear knowledge of best practice Agile BA principles.
Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and managing business readiness for platform updates.
Experience defining reporting requirements and working with Salesforce dashboards and analytics tools.
Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification is highly regarded but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to undertake business analysis within an Agile environment, with experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and management.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated functional and conceptual understanding of technology and logic.
Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications.
Creative problem-solving skills, initiative, and a strong analytical and growth mindset.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adjusting communication style accordingly.
