- Setting up and configuration of primary and secondary storage
- Configuration and Performance tuning of all storage, SAN and NAS environments
- Respond to, diagnose and re-mediate issues in a dynamic environment
- Generate performance and data usage reports, manage and maintain storage growth, capacity planning
- Work on project teams, delivering on key project milestones, and communicating effectively with a wide variety of people
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 9+ years of experience with L3 support for NetApp, EMC, IBM or Hitachi SAN/NAS environments
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish required
- Ability to design and implement storage solutions
- Experience developing DR Strategies from a storage/replication perspective
- Experience with fiber channel switches
- Expertise in VMware Infrastructure
- Experience in supporting Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience presenting to Sr. Management and creating monthly operations reports for storage technologies.
