- Experience with BMC Control-M, Broadcom ESP (Automated Workload Schedulers)
- Knowledge of z/OS
- Proficiency with TSO/ISPF
- Knowledge of JCL and mainframe utilities
- Unix/Windows OS knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
