About the role

  • Lead cross-functional teams in growth projects and cost-saving initiatives, helping to execute Ascent’s value creation plan
  • Analyze KPIs and financial data to develop actionable insights and support execution of identified actions within the business
  • Support Ascent’s customer base on key projects, continuous improvement initiatives, reporting, and strategic positioning
  • Build financial and operating models for a wide range of applications in support of Ascent’s growth initiatives, operational management, and pricing strategies
  • Perform creative analysis to underwrite investment projects, enable strategic decision-making, strengthen customer relationships, and continually improve Ascent’s business practices
  • Support Ascent’s corporate development efforts and M&A strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar degree
  • 4+ years of work experience in private equity, investment banking, and/or management consulting
  • Strong modeling capabilities
  • Working knowledge of financial statement concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
