About the role

  • Senior Strategy Consultant leading Employee Engagement projects at Mercer in Munich or Frankfurt. Collaborating on strategic advisory for Employee Experience and Engagement across DACH-region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects related to Employee Engagement, Employee Experience and listening programs
  • Translate findings into prioritized action roadmaps
  • Provide consulting and support during implementation
  • Analysis and executive storytelling
  • Expand and deepen client relationships

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Several years of experience in consulting, with tool providers, or in-house (e.g., Employee Experience, Engagement, surveys, People Analytics, Talent/HR)
  • Strong conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Team orientation, a strong sense of ownership and a professional demeanor
