Responsibilities
- Work as Senior Assistant in Forvis Mazars' Financial Advisory team providing Financial Due Diligence, Deal Advisory, Business Plans, Debt Restructuring, Valuation and Forensic Investigations services
- Analyze financial and other information
- Identify key value drivers and trends
- Identify and present potential risks
- Prepare and review benchmarking and market analysis
- Draft forecasts and projected financial statements through models
- Participate in preparing debt restructuring models
- Assist in reporting to clients and authorities
- Supervise and develop team members
- Ensure the team adheres to Forvis Mazars’ quality control procedures
- Participate in interesting and challenging projects and develop into a highly qualified professional
Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
- 3-5 years of working experience in financial advisory and/or audit
- Previous experience in business plans, IBR, debt restructuring, due diligence projects is an asset
- Strong numerical and IT skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- ACCA, FMVA or other qualifications in progress will be considered as a plus
