About the role

Responsibilities
- Gain hands‑on experience with month‑end close activities and financial reporting
- Gain knowledge of commercial trial balance
- Support quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
- Build and refine dynamic financial models in Excel
- Assist with capital expenditure tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Partner cross‑functionally with teams such as Sales, IT, and Operations
- Contribute to special projects, including ad‑hoc analysis and reporting
Requirements
- College/University students enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, Accounting or Finance majors, with 0-2 years of work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications. Finance internship will require strength in MS Excel
- Comfortable working with large sets of data
- An interest and willingness to learn about the Mortgage, Real Estate, Financial, Title Insurance or related industries
- The ability to solve problems, be detailed oriented and be conscientious about all work completed
