About the role

  • Finance Intern supporting finance operations at The Maybourne Riviera. Engaging in invoice management, audits, and service excellence according to luxury standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update the supplier database and enter supplier and/or customer invoices.
  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Collect audit documentation and prepare reports (complimentary items, disbursements, etc.).
  • Verify cash floats, record and reconcile card payments.
  • Participate in inventories and prepare food and beverage cost ratios.
  • Ensure an excellent level of service quality in line with the establishment's standards (Maybourne, LQA, Forbes).

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality school or business school; you have strong organisational skills and reliable logistical follow-through.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting (debit/credit – expense and revenue accounts, etc.).
  • Autonomous, enthusiastic, eager to learn and able to work well in a team.
  • Fluent in French with a good command of English.
