Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that drive business value and innovation.
- Partner with the Solution Architect and stakeholders to iterate on designs, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain integrations across enterprise systems, focusing on AI Gateway and orchestration layers.
- Leverage MuleSoft and other integration tools to connect AI solutions with existing platforms and services.
- Participate in AI use case review and approval processes, providing input on solutions and reusability.
- Develop and implement best practices for testing AI products, including performance, data quality, model testing, and evaluation for biases and vulnerabilities.
- Help evolve the AI platform by identifying opportunities for automation, performance improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proven experience in AI-related product solution analysis and testing in cloud environments.
- Experience with integration services, particularly MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with modern AI design patterns such as RAG, agentic frameworks, and multi-component pipelines.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and their AI/ML services.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and collaborating with architects and product owners.
