Responsibilities
- Join the team powering GM’s AI transformation as a Senior AI Engineer
- Collaborate with internal business and engineering partners to prototype and deploy AI systems
- Partner with internal clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities for AI adoption
- Prototype end-to-end AI solutions addressing use cases such as robotic perception, generative design, predictive analytics
- Evaluate and apply state-of-the-art AI technologies to solve real business problems
- Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied data science
- Proven ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions
- Strong understanding of modern AI methods and their practical applications (LLMs, diffusion models, computer vision, predictive modeling, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Excellent communication and consulting skills; ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
