- Make engineering decisions under ambiguity and ship solutions
- Shape technical direction of the AI stack
- Be the technical AI counterpart for enterprise accounts, understanding workflows and translating challenges
- Present AI capabilities and results to senior stakeholders with clarity
- Design customer-specific configurations and integrations
- Feed enterprise learnings back into the product
Requirements
- Strong software engineer with clean, testable, and production-ready code
- Real experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent/orchestration frameworks
- Trusted technical partner to enterprise stakeholders with experience presenting technical work
- Product-minded engineer understanding customer problems
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical decisions clearly
