- Efficiency and workflow optimization: designing architectures and best practices to avoid unnecessary AI calls
- Primary point of contact between business units and central functions
- Continuous needs analysis, coordination with the training department, and ensuring tailored AI training is delivered according to business requirements.
Requirements
- Several years of solid experience in software development
- Hands-on expertise with modern AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot Enterprise) and code assistants
- Deep understanding of LLMs and architectures: experience building or deploying multi-agent systems (e.g., Anthropic, AutoGPT, LangChain) and with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- High self-motivation and pioneering spirit; ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, business-oriented thinking, and didactic ability
- Security and compliance mindset: understanding of data classification and IP leakage risks
- Ideally, experience in regulated or safety-critical R&D environments.
