About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and develop artificial intelligence models tailored to business needs
- Design and implement data pipelines (collection, cleansing, preparation, transformation)
- Build AI proofs of concept (POC) and prototypes
- Productionize models (APIs, microservices, integration with the information system)
- Select the most appropriate algorithms and architectures
- Handle model training, optimization, and performance improvements
- Manage versioning of models and datasets
- Deploy models to production (cloud and/or on-premise environments)
- Automate CI/CD pipelines dedicated to AI projects
- Implement monitoring tools (performance, data drift, bias, stability)
- Maintain and improve deployed models
- Maintain and evolve existing applications
- Ensure the quality, robustness, and performance of delivered solutions
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze and understand their needs
- Translate business problems into technical AI solutions
- Document developed solutions (technical and functional)
- Train and support users when necessary
Requirements
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript
- Experience with AI frameworks
- Skilled in developing REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
- Experience with React for front-end development
- Proficient with GitLab for version control
- Ability to work on complex, collaborative projects
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
