About the role
- Perform training for agile teams, Delivery Leadership, and Executives
- Observe and guide agile Teams through the TD Scaled Agile lifecycle
- Attend key ceremonies, reviews, and interviews practitioners
- Identify potential steps for team members to accelerate in capability
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Provide advice and guidance regarding agile best practices
- Develop and support coaching plans for agile teams
Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFE)
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Typically requires 10 years of Agile experience
