Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, or provide direction for technology and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, product, technology, and data) to deliver digital solutions.
• Participate in defining, planning, and tracking projects, products, or technology initiatives.
• Support prioritization of requests, backlog definition, and delivery planning.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and practices, when applicable, supporting the team's work organization.
• Contribute to solution definition, architecture, or technical direction, when applicable.
• Support communication and alignment between technical stakeholders and business areas.
• Monitor performance indicators, delivery progress, and initiative evolution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process and solution improvements.
• Contribute to the evolution of management, product, architecture, and agile practices within teams.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, product management, agile practices, or solution architecture.
• Experience in technology environments or digital transformation.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technology and business teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Experience with planning, prioritization, and tracking of technology initiatives.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (business and technology).
• Analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
• Experience in corporate environments or large-scale projects.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Solutions Architect.
• Knowledge of systems architecture, cloud, or integrations.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, TOGAF, or similar.
• Experience with digital products, platforms, or digital transformation.
• Experience in agile structures or product squads.
