Responsibilities
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners.
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
Collaborate with multiple teams within the group to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with other marketing channels.
Negotiate and manage affiliate deals and commission structures to ensure profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.
Mentor more junior members of the team, ensuring high output from the whole department.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on affiliate program performance and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
3 years iGaming experience in affiliation.
Based in Malta able to work from the office frequently.
Strong organisational skills.
Strong analytical skills.
A can do, positive attitude.
English language is a must, additional languages are a bonus.
Proficiency using tools such as Humbl, Affilka, ahrefs is a benefit but not a requirement.
