About the role

  • Full P&L ownership of your accounts and distributors
  • Managing and growing relationships with retailers & improving in-store excellence
  • Drive fast-paced growth, expanding sales fundamentals
  • Ensure brand representation in the Wildest way possible
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver sustainable growth
  • Cross-functional collaboration for success
  • Manage sales forecasts and track KPIs for performance analysis
  • Ensure product availability and support new product development
  • Track OSA & other key metrics to maximise sell-out

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management
  • European retail experience (Netherlands preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading and growing major retailer accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with extensive experience running a full retail P&L
  • Extensive experience in negotiation and managing complex customer relationships
  • Frequent use of data, forecasting systems, working with EPOS
  • Proven track record of leading and growing distributors
  • Bilingual preferred (Dutch, other EU languages considered)
