About the role

  • Map e-commerce businesses that are a good fit for Pagar.me’s product and features.
  • Prospect e-commerce clients and generate interest in our product.
  • Diagnose a client’s problem or opportunity and connect the solution to Pagar.me’s features.
  • Negotiate and sell our products consultatively, building and delivering the best possible solution to the client.
  • Onboard/register clients in our system.
  • Manage and support the client throughout the entire sales process until the proposal is closed.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to identify service improvements, strengthen relationships, and uncover sales opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and new business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial roles and with Inside Sales.
  • Experience with proactive prospecting and the ability to generate relevant opportunities.
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques (e.g., SPIN Selling).
  • Results-oriented with a focus on closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your own schedule, activities, targets, and results.
  • Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement.
  • Resilience to meet targets and solve problems.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
