Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize medium to large SEA accounts, ensuring profitability, strong margins, and sustained account growth
  • Maximize profitability and proactively report on account performance based on traffic mix, campaign buckets, and keyword quality
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize SEA campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Maintain account hygiene and consistently apply SEA best practices
  • Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic SEA development
  • Share learnings across the team and help foster a knowledge-driven culture
  • Identify growth opportunities and flag risks to inform broader business decisions

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a performance-driven mindset
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to turn campaign data into actionable insights
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including practical experience with Google Ads Editor and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German (C1+)
  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Receptive to feedback, self-aware, and motivated to grow
  • Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a hands-on mentality
