About the role

  • SDR responsible for identifying and prospecting qualified leads to facilitate sales for a leading CRM for real estate. Engaging with teams and utilizing various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities from leads generated by our LDR team
  • Prospect via phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email
  • Qualify leads for the sales team (Account Executives) based on identification of: Problems, Consequences, Profile, and Timing
  • Understand and address the main objections of prospective customers
  • Schedule calls and meetings for the sales team
  • Understand the sales funnel, monitor it, and produce daily metrics
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to improve the quality of generated leads
  • Interact with our distribution channels to collect feedback on the SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) generated

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience qualifying leads across multiple market segments, selling to small, medium and large companies
  • Ability to handle high volume (calls and leads)
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and cold calling
  • Experience in Outbound/Inbound prospecting or B2B SaaS sales
  • Interest in continuously learning new qualification methods and processes
  • Ownership of your metrics and awareness of the importance of keeping the CRM up to date
  • Experience working in teams
