About the role
- Act as Scrum Master for a single squad, facilitating agile rituals and fostering collaboration
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyse, and translate requirements into actionable user stories
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation aligned with project objectives
- Ensure delivery progress is tracked, risks are managed, and dependencies are resolved
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and data teams to validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Support delivery of a scalable platform to identify potential risks and opportunities from a changing climate, including advanced modelling and geospatial capabilities
