About the role

  • APP: generate indicators and support their analysis to guide decision-making
  • Monitor and address system accessibility failures, implementing corrective actions, applying updates, or contacting the responsible vendor to maintain uninterrupted system access
  • Act as a facilitator between the business and delivery teams for improvements and projects
  • Ensure alignment between business areas and the IT department
  • Mediate conflicts involving scope, escalating relevant actions when necessary
  • Support the system operation of the areas under your responsibility
  • Operate the area's tools, ensuring execution of processes
  • Support and maintain technical solutions delivered to the business
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization
  • Contribute to writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Monitor and report metrics
  • Collaborate on continuous process improvement, suggesting adjustments to increase efficiency
  • Ensure deliveries follow agile quality practices, continuous integration, and incremental releases

Requirements

  • APP: Understand store mechanics, publishing processes, and KPIs generated by stores
  • Experience executing projects using PMI and Agile methodologies in IT
  • Experience gathering and organizing business requests, preparing Project Charters to evaluate new demands
  • Experience supporting day-to-day operations from an IT perspective
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.
  • Ensure alignment between business areas and the IT department
  • Experience leading meetings with business stakeholders to elicit and define requirements
  • Experience leading meetings with development teams and vendors to request services
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or engineering
  • Practical experience with Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Experience in multidisciplinary agile environments
  • Ability to act as a facilitator between business and technology within an agile context
  • Desirable: knowledge of OKRs or other agile result-management practices
  • Knowledge and experience working on diverse IT projects and requests using agile methodologies
  • Certifications such as PMP or other agile methodology certifications
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience working as a Systems Analyst on various projects
  • Prior experience at an IT consultancy (e.g., Accenture, CI&T, Concrete), an advertising/digital marketing agency, or a technology startup
  • Certifications in agile methodologies (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Agilist, Kanban Management Professional)
  • Experience in agile transformation or supporting teams in adopting agile practices
  • Knowledge of Lean Inception or agile discovery practices
