Requirements
- Practical experience implementing and introducing agile methods (e.g., in roles such as Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) within complex IT projects
- Background in software development is an advantage
- Strong methodological competence in agile environments
- Scrum certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Successfully completed university degree
- Very good German language skills (C1)
