About the role
- SCRUM MASTER responsible for implementing agile practices at Stefanini, ensuring compliance with the Scrum framework and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities
- Act as the guardian of the Scrum framework, ensuring its proper application.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized, and well-refined backlog.
- Monitor agile metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput, burndown) and drive continuous improvement.
- Remove operational, technical, and organizational impediments that impact the team.
- Support the team in developing self-organization and collaboration practices.
- Identify risks, anticipate issues, and propose scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the organization's agile model (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Valid Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in software development projects using Function Points.
- Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and leading agile rituals.
- Experience with agile metrics and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, conflict management, leadership, and ability to influence without authority.
